Hi
I have done some setting and dont know the lock code when i switch off the phone and now trying to switch on it is asking for enter lock code i have tried default it is not taking can you help me in this nokia n900

I had tried default it is not taking any other way to resolve it

Well. Yes there are other ways. But before helping you out with that, it would be appreciated if you could show some proof you are actually the owner of the device. A scan from the purchase receipt would be sufficient.

That's what I said to the lady at the cash register as well. I wanted to get out of the supermarket as quick as I could and told her you were waiting for an answer.

As stated before: If you can't proof that you are actually the owner of this device (if it was a present you should've gotten some form of receipt as that is what usually serves as your warranty paper as well and it would be very odd to receive a present this expensive and not getting your warranty papers included in case something goes wrong with the device.) I am not willing to help you out. That being said: All I would've been able to do was point you in the right direction anyway, after which you would have had to do all the work yourself.

You are the second person today, who had 1 post only and asks for an unlock code. For all I know you may even be one and the same person but as long as there's no way for people here to check whether we're dealing with a stolen device, I doubt many people will be willing to get their hands dirty on this.
