me too. Its hard to figure out though.

I mean there is no clue beside on palm development sdk file.
I know just noob here. who start tried to read sdk file.
yes me too I had messed up my preenv now real soccer doesnt run anymore, try to fix it again but just close. and error report has changed than I had ever post before. grumble mode on.

try to remove save files and open it again

remove these files :

REPLAY_UPLOAD.REC
rfb_replay.rec
rfb_rfbsav.sav

also change ur language to english

I got Avatar working.

Install it from a debian or ipk file

and typed this commands>

sudo gainroot

cp /usr/lib/libOMX.TI.Video.Decoder.so /opt/preenv/lib/libavcodec.so.52

Of course combined with jflatts patch working perfectly even with the newest preenv.

look, what I ve posted before. you see there is a image containing bug. what I assumed that bug on the game it self. simiiar asphalt 5 with old palm sdk.
you see there. the image become blur and blur. the code u use (actually from govprog ) mean it just need video decoder but dunno precisely. could it be need to run frame or just to play some music. try use libavcodec.so.52 from repository but no lucky . looking for palm library. hopefully find the fix.

small question : i wanted to remove all the saved configurations so i typed :
gconftool-2 --recursive-unset /apps/preenv
avatar and earthworm jim keyboard conf. are gone
i typed:
rmgconf.gconf_set_avatar.sh
rm gconf_set_ewj.sh
