Medfield (nCDK) testing has been happening already at least since September 2010:

PLEASE INTEL UNDERSTAND THIS :-( I DONT WANNA HAVE A FAN ON MY PHONE :-(

atm X86 platform is a bigjoke even on the desktop. I mean I have an MiniITX Dual Atom CPU and the fact that I need to have a fan and a big heatsink on it makes me SICK.

It really is time to get rid of this peace of **** platform. Learn too make non power hungrys CPU:s before making handset version of X86 platform :-(

But I will not be supprised if the rumors are true...

I I forgot I infact has removed the FAN so no it really is WARM.

I guess this is not good in the long run bou the fan sounded like a jetplan :-(

there's no reason not to believe intel can't beat ARM in performance and power savings, they have the best technology and most R&D money. Just worry about MeeGo and hope Intel & Nokia know what they're doing with the hardware.

"HARDWARE MODEL (on what HW this bug is uncovered):
    MFLD nCDK EB3"
    medfield, again.

    http://bugs.meego.com/show_bug.cgi?id=10565
"And even hardware keys to adjust the call volume is missing in nCDK"
bad english but maybe means no hardware volume / zoom keys

I have already since 3 months ago and pretty confident it will be it.
My guess is it will run Atmels AVR32 SoC chip
