when i put cd /MyDocs command it comes up with /bin/sh: cd: can't cd to /MyDocs
am i missing something ?
i have rootsh installed , anything else to install ?

The path to your MyDocs folder is
/home/user/MyDocs

Additionally to the above posting, there is a difference between the two commands 'root' and 'sudo gainroot'.Basically it boils down to where you start. You start in /root, if you issue the 'root'-command, while you stay in the same directory, if you type 'sudo gainroot'.

I hope you're REALLY sure of what you're doing. Using root without actually being completely clear of what every command does has a really high potential of ruining the whole OS on your phone and the only way to recover from that is to re-flash.

Be very careful when using root!
