not me, got cut off at ~90% :-(
rootfs alone should have 131334144 bytes and my download size was slightly shorter than that.

But true that I got the beer like BOFH said :-) I need only initfs for customizing bootmenu and its image is on the beginning.

If I understand correctly, no one knows 'when' right now. I'm using this forum as my guide and info source as to when and where to download OS2008. I suspect it will posted here as soon as anything new is available. Even then, I am prone to wait and read your reviews to see if there are any "The new OS bricked my N800" posts.

    Greetings:

Maybe Nokia was just testing to see if the new OS would showup on the list.

In the past OS updates have been posted on friday.

I'm in Montreal, and in Finland its already 14:30 in the afternoon so I don't think Nokia would release the 2008 OS Today.

I think it will happen next friday on November 16, 2007.

    Regards Robert

    sniff ...

14h30 ... why not ... the last one was post at 14h38 if i remember

But firmware ll be available at the same time than the n810. And announcing a the availability of a new device before the week end isn't a good thing i think.
