Some time ago my N800 broke, a month before the end of warranty.
It was almost two years old, and wasn't sold anywhere anymore. But I got a new one from nokia. It was refurbished, and it did take sometime (almost a month), but it is as good as new.
I can't imagine Nokia not capable of delivering the same service with the N900. Also the N900 is still sold in numerous webshops here in the Netherlands. I don't know if it isn't being made anymore, but you can buy it very easily (also not that expensive: 350 euros or so, or free with a lot of two year contracts)

Well hope that im wrong then... but it still is a bit odd that after one year the phone isn't selled anymore. Maybe it is sold in different shop across netherlands because they still have them. but nokia's webshop isnt selling them anymore...

Ahem...
N900
Don't overreact people, if you're worried, then buy another to stock up, as they've gotten cheaper. I think it'd be worth it, but then again I don't have the spare cash!

Here in Finland N900 is in the Top 10!

I have N900 with broken USB-connector. I wonder will I get a new replacement or will they fix it somewhere. I'm waiting for e-mail from Nokia Care.

Please don't go and claim that it is not sold in Nokia's web-stores anymore, since that is not true. Maybe not in your region but, as I pointed out in the previous page, it still is sold in Nokia's Finnish-site.

Dutch company, still selling them: http://www.belcompany.nl/Selecteren/...?pid=p120037_1

I was in one of their shops a couple of weeks ago (dropping of my beloved so they can repair the SIM card disconnect problem), and they had N900's on display ready to be sold.

Sure m8! but why the hell do i want to order it from a finnish website? i dont even understand a word of it! and on many companies here in the netherlands it is not solled anymore. so i wanna know why... im not saying that its globally not being sold anymore im only asking.

And to the people that saying there are plenty, are you guys sure that these shops not just having a big stock of n900's?

Last of all when there are still shops having n900's, it doesnt fix the problem when you have a n900 for repair. i still have 1 year warranty im not going to buy a new one because nokia cant replace it! they should replace it!

for the dutch people, even one of the biggest providers here in holland HI (KPN) are putting on their website:

The n900 is old and not being sold anymore.

see link:

Why o Why are more and more shops stopping to sell the n900???
