Unfortunatel no. I will try to remove the need for Sudser in future releases but you will need it in the mean time. I'll do some more work on it when I get home from work and post an update.

The ARP request is generated when you successfully authenticate with the router or another client does. Aircrack will then re-inject the ARP request to try and generate more, thus capturing IVs.
Try authenticating again but bear in mind that some routers just will not be cracked
