Hi-
I have been using My Yahoo with no problems until I installed 4.2007.83-2 last night and now the My Yahoo web page tells me the browser is not supported. Has anyone else seen this? Any way around it?

Thanks,
Fred

P.S. I did notice that there is a new menu item in the browser under advanced that lets you pick the engine that is running. Only the Opera engine works on my N800.

Both the engines work. But even after changing and restarting the web app the selection still stays on opera that is why you think only opera works. But infact firefox also works. You can differentiate that by the home page that loads.....

Nope, when I switch to the other engine which is labelled MicroB on my device the browser crashes with error message about internal error, application web closed.

:Bump:
I did a search before posting about this issue. I had the "firmware fried my SDHC" card issue and updated to the latest firmware to prevent my NIT from "eating" more cards. Now when I attempt to log on to my.yahoo.com it redirects me to "cm.my.yahoo.com" which is not compatible with opera 8. "My.Yahoo.com" was compatible and having my home page mobile on something other than a heavy laptop was quite nice.

Any one find a fix yet?

I tried disabling automatic redirection and went to my home page - www.my.yahoo.com and all I got was "The document has moved here" with "Here" linking to cm.my.yahoo.com

Dangit.

I switched back to the older non-beta Yahoo home page (after offering suggestions on how they might degrade gracefully to a lighter weight version of the page when detecting an unsupported browser. )

The old verison still seems to work OK with the N800.
