Whenever I record something using Recorded application, the wave file saved gets added into media playlist. Is there anyway I can stop this thing from happening?

Where are these files being stored?
I'm not sure if stopping the .wav extension is possible, but if these files are being saved in to a particular directory you can tell the tracker not to index that directory, and you'll stop seeing them.
There's some information about how to do that in these threads.
