Lemme tell you a story. It started in december, when my n900's usb has decided that it loved too much the charger and stuck with it together...
On January 10th i got to nokia care saying that usb broke and i need it repaired. All ok, i was told it's included in warranty (2 years EU, i'm an early adopter).
Last week i phoned nokia care Italy to know where was my phone to be told that the phone has been sent to a lab and it's waiting for parts. I was told to phone in the next couple of days. When i phoned again on thursday, i was extremely happy as my N900 was already sent to nokia care.
Today i got an SMS that my n900 is ready, went to the store, got it to realize that the slide is somehow damaged... The slide moves 2-3 mm when phone is closed, and the slide's spring is as it isn't there any more. I went "wtf?" in the store and i was told to give them again the phone that they send it to the lab again. AGAIN? *%$£! No thank you, i'll survive with that. On the way home i wanted to play angry birds, logged into ovi store to find out ALL my purchases were WIPED OUT!
I'm not a raging guy, usually i am very patient. But this pissed me off a lot. The n900 is a very good phone. I love it. But tell me why the $%&# Nokia is making so many mistakes. I really don't know if i'll stick with nokia or to go webOS with palm. Their developer program is much more organised, and they have free open source accounts on their store.
