leafpad your preenv angry bird.
Edit ur name angrybirds to else e.g : angrybird

Nope thats not it. I actually use the command

gconftool-2 --set --type int /and/palm/applications/com.glu.app.skob2/screen_rotation 1

since thats where my stuff resides.

Regardless of the value I use I always get

Its beyond annoying. I am beginning to wonder if the problem stems from the modified hildon desktop' or the community patches app.

u should rename the executable file and change it also in desktop file

it works great with me

i repacked it as deb and changed the name to angrybirds-new and also icons and everything to avoid installation errors

can you explain this more detailed, i tried to rename everthing, without luck

whats your file name
how does your desktop file look like

just rename ur angry birds to something else.
While u edit through leafpad.Rename
Name=Angry Birds to AngryBirds it work for me not to change exec.
Cause why .
Exec for angrybirds maemo like this.
Exec=/opt/rovio/angrybirds/bin/angrybirds.
Suppose u just rename xxx.desktop
