It seems like all the nice little programs I want need some libsdl files of some sort.. what are thes files and where do I find them?
My latest try was kagu and I then miss libsdl-ttf2.0-0 and libreadline4 (>=4.3-1)

No guarantees they have it, but try a search here:

Just get your repository list sorted out and you shouldn't have these kind of dependency problems. Also try to install through the application manager (not from file).

    - If you are running OS2008, then delete all your current repositories, refresh the app list (should be empty), then browse to this site:
    http://www.gronmayer.com/it/index.ph...&system=maemo4
and do a one-click install of ALL the OS2008 repositories (choose "Select all repositories" and then hit "Install Selected"). Do another refresh of the app list and you should have a ton of apps you can pick from, and most (if not all) of the missing files issues will be gone.

    - If you are running OS2007, then make a note of the names of the files you are missing and go to this site:
    http://www.gronmayer.com/it/index.ph...&system=maemo3
and use the Search tool on the right-hand side to find a repository with the file you need, and add that repository with the Click-to-install icon link.

Once you have added the repositories you need, you should be able to install the application without any further trouble.
