Haven't seen that kind of problem before. Are you sure you dont have anything software installed that may cause this problem? Of course, have you rebooted your phone? First question helpdesk usually asks

Yes I've rebooted a few times. I don't even know how to check if it's a software that's causing the problem but it's kind of annoying using the top lock button constantly
