I already have 0.0.8 installed with auto installer 0.2.7. i cant get past the google sign up screen bcuz it wont connect to 3g or wifi (no wifi options in settings).
anyway, i want to upgrade to this 0.0.9, how to do this please? Do i need to first uninstall 0.0.8?

hi, i tried to remove nitdroid 0.0.8 with some codes i found in these forums, messsage successfully uninstalled. i then tried to install this 0.0.9 version ammyt's instructions. i get an error trying to install the nitdroid-installer. ive pasted the xterm below. please can some help?

ok, ive installed this method successfully, 0.0.9. its working fine except wifi keeps disconnecting. 2 of the updates in ammyts first post have gingerbread in their file names, do i install them for 0.0.9 or are they just for gingerbread?

Updates are only for Gbread bro, 0.0.9 is already cool.
hey after i uninstall the nitdroid which files i must delete??? and wht is filebox? i dont see any files you mentioned above in mydocs.... please help...

If your Wifi is using WPA2 then thats a feature. Seems to be a feature of Andrion v2.2 as far as I can tell.
Using a fixed IP address might work (very annoying if you use more than one Wifi connection) or changeing the encrytion to WEP (for me this allows me to connect) or WPA. (doesnt help for me, but then it still gets detected as WPA2 or maybe my access point doesnt work correctly!)
However as far as I can tell andriod does not automatcally connect to Wifi! There seem to be many apps you can download from the market to disable and enable Wifi and to connect to particular ones
