extract the "zImage-2.6.28-maemo46-wl1" file from "wl1251-maemo\binary\kernel-power\kernel-power-bootimg_2.6.28-maemo46-wl1_armel\boot.."

ofcourse u can overclock using that kernel..

to be able to boot into stock and other kernel, u will need multiboot installed..take a look at my post here..

step 3, untar the drivers is not working, its never worked for me, i keep seeing the same command to untar them but i always get errors, been getting them since day1 and never had any help that works, so im still waiting for a way to untar them that actually works, or at least says why im getting the errors, then i can go back to the older guides and attempt to get past step 1, there was no help in the older threads, only attitude, sarcasm, and god complexes!

    Post the error message here.

You could try untaring via your computer
