See Attatched Screenshots...

I try to update anything from HAM and get that error.

Updating through xterm works fine though, except for 1 thing, I don't get the "Mouse Support" update through xterm, only HAM, and obviously now, i can't update this.

My screenshot of Conky shows loads of free app space, and 20+mb of rootfs space, so this shouldn't be a problem.

Any suggestions?

As my screenshot shows, I have already flashed to my own 4gb image.

But as i've said, i have 260+mb free app space, and 20+mb free rootfs space.

So i can't find whats causing this error.

there is on all ext3 file system partition a 'penalty' of 5% (the default) space reserved for root only in cases of emergency and journal etc. So may be your 260 MB are not sufficient to install another large application.

Did you check the log in the details of HAM? There might be some useful information in it.

Edit: If rootfs might be a problem there are some scripts available to move some 20 MB to optfs http://wiki.maemo.org/User:Tanner#Sa...pace_on_rootfs

I have done all the rootfs tiops and tricks, so thats as free as i'll get it for now.

But you might have been right with the 5% thing, because i have just removed a 200mb install, and it works now.

Strange though, that the update that wouldn't work before is only 26kb.
