i have got this key but when i try to connect its give me error(network connection error try again)))
any solution i have disable monitor mode and also insjection

the keys is not complete....
WEP keys must have atleast 13 digit & maksimum 26 digit....
run the injection again....
remember if is not working change the MAC address or clear all WEP & WPA & Keys on the decrypt area then run the injection again....

40- / 64-bit WEP: 10 digit key
104- / 128-bit WEP: 26 digit key
256-bit WEP: 58 digit key

using x-term type....

apt-get install sudser

if x-term said no packages found then type

apt-get update
&
apt-get install sudser

i tried that to it says unmet depenencies than i tried apt-get -f install

it gives me error with qt4-homescreen-loader
tried removing it says no package found dont know what to do????

K i got them, just had to enable extras devel

Ok so I run faircrack then I select WPA and click scan, I find my home network which is WPA encrypted, I select it and press start "start injection capture" it opens up an Xterminal window, I connect my laptop to the network, it sees the MAC and starts doing it's work. Do I wait till the authenticate button becomes clickable? Or do I go straight to Decrypte, select both digits and letters bcuz I know my password contains such, and click decrypt? Also how long do I wait till I see a key?

Also why is it I after I run Faircrack I can no longer see WiFi networks unless I reboot my n900?

Is their a way to fix that issue

You don't need to authenticate or inject with WPA. Please read the first post.

Yes. This has been said MANY times. You cannot detect networks normally when in monitor mode.

Ok this is not RenaldoTT's fault, but before posting problems can everyone make sure they have read and understood the first post?

Half the posts on this thread and the fAircrack thread would not even exist if people read through the instructions properly.
