dunno, do that 12MB include the webkit lib? if not then there will be little change vs Tear.

ok, this is getting silly. any chance we could at least get the "most used" quicklaunch bug fix rolled into a release, so that bookmarks are no longer excluded?

Is there a way to delete all of my bookmarks and start over again?

I uninstalled then reinstalled Tear but it still kept them.

Thanks.

If memory serves me right, Tear stores its bookmarks in /home/user/.tear.db or something similar

SQLite format 3

Yes, that's where Tear stores its settings and bookmarks. Deleting that file should remove them.

Or install tear-bookmarks (I think that's the name) from either the Extras or Extras-Devel repository (I forget which). It will give you a program for adding and removing individual bookmarks.

Does anyone know where tear stores cookies and passwords?

I deleted home/user/.tear/ but when I re-add the bookmarks afterwards the cookies are still there and it remembers all the passwords so presumably those are not stored in /home/user/.tear

WebKit stores its cookies in ~/.webkitcookies

AFAIK, Tear doesn't stores passwords

Ok, so I just did a Tabula Rasa -> complete rebuild on my N800.

After reinstalling Tear I have re-discovered that the "text input fields" on sites like gmail are unusable as they are completely blacked out (black text on black background).

I distinctly remember a simple (?) solution to this...but my Search-Fu is weak today.

Anyone remember the solution or the post?

Thanks
