See? The avatar of my partner in a conversation is somehow got above the message. So what i did was: replaced the whole html folder, then added an Avatar and AvatarOther both png files to that folder and rebooted. What could go wrong here?

This is just a small shell script that I wrote. I am not a coder, so this is just learning baby steps for me.
Sorry that TMO will not accept attachments with .sh extension. So i have zipped it. Please unzip and run. Or should I have renamed it as txt?

    So, usage:
    Code:
    sh conthemer.sh /home/wherever/theme-filename.zip
    Important:
    • It has to be run as root.
    • Unzip has to be installed from repos

Other options possible are 'restore' and 'backup'. For example,
    Code:
    sh conthemer.sh backup
would create a backup file of your present files for posterity. They can then be restored with 'restore'

I know that this can only save at the most a few seconds. But, with what knowledge I have, I am now working on a script to modify the themes as we require, without installing themes. Wish me luck!

What does the zip file, actaully do? Does it make changing the Conversation app an easier task? Will I then be able to download Niqbals conversion with this?

The script does nothing fancy for now. If just unzips the theme file and copies it over to the required folder. It just speeds up things if you regularly change themes and experiment.

How easy is it to set up the Niqbals theem with this zip file?

Also I have asked the CSSU developers if they can include a "bubble" theme in a future update, but you may well be assisting them already given the comments at the bottom of your posts?

It doesn't matter which theme you're talking about. They're all the saem. You just have to copy paste the files to /usr/share/..../html. This script just automates that.

So u just have to download whatever theme u want, and run this script as mentioned before. NOTE: Dont forget to backup first.

Do you back up before or after opening the zip/running the script?
