Well 2 days sound a hell of a lot, as I have also tweaked my n900 to death .

I get through the day, but I think that I'm also using it a lot. I'm playing music through the fm-transmitter and the fm rds notify widget for hours non stop. Most of the time I'm on 2G, unless I'm surfing the webz (either WiFi or 3G in this case), which I also do often enough a day, but I disabled any IM. It also happens that I need the GPS for driving, so all in all it's ok. I wouldn't be able to get 2 days though I guess. In idle mode it should be a few days though.

After looking at that Conkney screenshot, I got a quick question.

Is it normal for the CPU meter to stay at 600mhz all the time. My N900 is not overclocked or anything, but the CPU meter on mine fluctuates between 250mhz, 500mhz and 600mhz. Is this normal? Or should it be staying at 600mhz all the time?

Thanks for any help in advance.

With the default configuration the n900 changes the CPU speed between 250 and 600MHz - depending on the CPU usage.

i ususally get about 4-6 hours/battery, and use up 2-4 batteries per day.

i almost always have 2 batteries in my pocket, but for sure, 1!...an no charger.

even so, at least the chargers are not 70bucks!

thats like getting pissed on with a firehose!

How can you people keep your hand off the device for such a long time? I'd like to find out how long my n900 can go but I just can't keep my hands off it.

haha that was fun, I'm not a seller, I try to help Nokia n900 user's to find a battery whit a long life, if you check that link u will see that I bought that battery and I left a feedback I not live in china I live in New York city, the seller is chinese. I tested many other batterys that I bought in that website and others websites for the Nokia N900. I spent several dollars buying batteries for Nokia n900 to know which are the worst and the best . Sure you think you know everithing, you know more than others. It is best that you use comments to help and not to attack others.
