Is there no way to port this from Android to Maemo? Because I like the tool and it seems to have it's uses

I understand that, I mean the actual tool on Android, what it does is send the webpage your viewing on your computer to your phone so you can continue work there.

I think someone's done that with MicroB or Fennec; It requires a couple of short scripts - One on the PC, one on the device - and a bit of webspace if you're doing it over the internet.
It may need some tweaking to get exactly what you want, though.

it is in fennec. it syncs bookmarks,history,currently opened tabs and even passwords. it was called firefox sync...but i think they changed it to weave or something.. =D

The sync feature is not "chrome to phone".
Chrome to phone (or fox to phone for Firefox) allows one to send URL-s and/or selected text (will be copied on phone clipboard) to the phone.
It's an incredibly usefull tool and I'm interested in it too.
