A brilliant (IMO, of course) review of The Social Network, Jaron Lanier's You Are Not a Gadget, and Facebook and Web 2.0 generally, by the novelist Zadie Smith, appeared in The New York Review of Books.
I found it really thought-provoking (though I come at it as a non-2.0 person, which may make her viewpoint immediately more appealing to me).
(If you haven't read Zadie Smith's White Teeth, I recommend it. I find it a standalone argument for reincarnation or channeling!
How else could a 24-year-old have written a book with that much breadth and depth??)
