Urgent help.

OptFS partition damage.

Only need to format this partition. Without deleting the system or flash the N900

Can you help?

Do not format your optfs partition!

Why do you think it is corrupt?
The best way to maintain this partition is from a Linux-Live-CD or a Linux-PC. You need BackupMenu or BackupMenu-Multiboot installed to actually access the partition in USB-mode from The PC.
Boot the N900 with keyboard out, choose 'w' from the menu to export all of your internal and external mmc partitions to the PC. Then start a partition manager like gparted choose the second partition of the internal [29,...GB]memory, right click and choose 'check'.
If everything worksout without errors, you are done!

For errors please post here with the complete output.

Mistakes are writing to update repositories, indicating no free space or memory is corrupt.

Using fsck from Backmenu me says to do this in manual mode incosistencia serious problems in the filesystem.

I've tried from the PC with ssh and Busybox, making it impossible to repair.

Is it really corrupt, or is it just full

Did you export the memory cards to yourPC to check or did you check from BackupMenu itself?

Please clarify if the phone is just full... , or really corrupted.
To debug the device full message, please do this from X-Terminal
Code:
df -kx
This command shows which space is occupied on the different partitions of the phone.
