If I understand you correctly, you want to allow your N900 to use your PC's internet connection via BlueTooth... if that's the case, it is definitely possible -- I do this when I'm at work, and it works perfectly once you get it set up.
Read through this thread:
http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=37710
And see my post at the end of it here for vaguely step-by-step instructions:
http://talk.maemo.org/showpost.php?p...0&postcount=11
(I worked it out on a Mac, so some of that may or may not apply, but you should be able to get it working in Windows following the same general principles -- or post back if you're having difficulty and maybe I can help you through it)

I've written steps to tether via Bluetooth PAN (http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=58570), but it's for PC using N900's internet access.

I've written steps to tether via Bluetooth PAN (http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=58570), but it's for PC using N900's internet access. What you're asking is the opposite, which is even easiler, because it's just very simple networking after PAN is setup.
Reading down the thread I linked you see there were someone asking me the same question, with some issues after PAN setup. However, he stopped responding so I'm not sure whether he has any luck with it. If you'd like to try I can guide you thru, either continue here or in the thread I linked.
