Hello everyone, I've encountered this problem with the conversations applications, where whenever I click on any of my messages (IM or SMS), the screen where it's supposed to show the full chat log shows nothing at all except the chat box where I'm supposed to type. It's been really bugging me since I can only read part of those messages from the menu and not the whole chat.
I would really appreciate any kind of help on this.

ok the easiest way of doing this is .
extract the zipped file in MyDocs using unzip from app manager .
and then put the extracted file in any folder and name it .
for example the folder name is theme having those three files mentioned above .
then go to x-terminal .

What i use is "Filebox" found in App manager/ Downloads. Once downloaded and installed, run the application and enter settings tick the boxes "Enable Multiselection" and "Enable Root Access". Close the application and run it again.
Now im not sure how to create a back up of these files so i just Create a new folder in MyDocs called "Default Html" or what you want to call it.
Navigate to Root. From there navigate to usr/share/rtcom-messaging-ui/ and select the Html file copy and paste into your new folder. Check it worked and you have all the files saved some where if you screw it up.
Now this next bit is easy. Just copy the files you downloaded into the usr/share/rtcom-messaging-ui/html/ folder. Click Overwrite and thats it. it may take a couple times of opening a new message before the change take place.
Two: Using a computer.
Now this way i find so much easier. You need Wifi, ssh installed on your phone and WinSCP installed on the PC.
Once you have all that (easy to find) you need to now what your phone Ip address is.
Open x-term type root
Then type ifconfig
It will bring up random as stuff. Look for your ip address. Open WinSCP and go New
Under host name enter your
"Host" Your Ip address.
"port 22" Leave it at that.
"user name" root
"Password" Create your password
and then press save.
Then login.. enter your password and you should have root access on your phone. navigate to usr/share/rtcom-messaging-ui/html/ and you can do i all from the pc. Makes it so much easier.
For the person whos screen is blank you will have to upload your html for someone to look at or replace it with default. something has gone a fowl in your .html or .css files.

It says that the file doesn't exist in my docs when it does! How confusing.
