Some employee(s) at Nokia must not care about quality anymore.

This situation is PRECISELY the reason why I don't trust the idea of shipping my device through the mail for repair/replacement service instead of having a physical service center or return center presence where I can speak face-to-face with a representative and get immediate service and/or replacement.

Shameful, Nokia. But then.. they asked for it. I learned my lesson too. You asked for it. :P
