You can use theme customizer, and set the widget opacity the way you wish.

I already did that...i set tat up to 0...its its not fully transparent..can you suggest a possible reason for this...

Theme Customizer doesn't make the Conversations Inbox and E-mail widgets transparent. Anything we can do about those?
