I seem to be stuck on Maemo5 V10.2010.19-1.002

I can't do it through PC Suite, and it won't just install it on the device itself.

Help, please.

I'd gladly switch over to Android, but I still make phone calls, so I need Maemo for a bit longer.

Did you look into flashing the firmware according to the wiki http://wiki.maemo.org/Updating_the_tablet_firmware ?
