If any Nokia employee can confirm that "mass-manager" layoffs have occurred, this could be a good time.
If we still have the same clueless mid to high level SOFTWARE management making the same stupid decisions with a low bar for quality software then its just not going to change....
Technically you don't make money until you sell. In the meantime you just have some (probably virtual) pieces of paper obtained at a lower price point than the current one.
As a LONG time investor I'm very well aware of that. Sometimes I do indeed sell percentages to lock in profit.
