Just wanting to introduce myself. I ordered from Buy.com for $228. Should be here, hopefully next week. I'll be reading through as many posts as I can over the next few evenings/weekend. I'll try not to ask any questions I can't find the answer to via searching.

I'll be using it about half the time on the road through a bluetooth LG AX8600 EVDo phone (alltel - bluetooth is not locked down) and the other half at work on wifi. Mainly for it's browser and multimedia use. I'll also run skype out on it as much as I can.

Hope to get involved in the community before too long.

Hey Welcome! I too have recently purchased a N800. I got it off of amazon for about 237 and spent the extra 15 for next day delivery. I couldn't wait . I am thoroughly pleased with it. I live in NYC and there are plenty of wifi spots but I also tether it to my samsung t509 via tmobile (2.99 tzones plan I have).

I`m too waiting for my Nokia n800 and got it from buy.com $229 and free shipping cant wait to get my hands on this lil device. I`ve read so much info on these forums I feel like a pro already LOL. I`ll start messing with IT2007 first and wait for the final version of IT2008 before doing the switch.
