I have little problem with this, when i start backupmenu from multiboot menu it says:
    Code:
    UDev Started
    1
    2
    Error with: cp /lib/libac.so.1 /tmp/disk/lib/ Code: 1
cp: cannot stat '/lib/libacl.so.1' : No such file or directory
                              Press any key to continue...
    Error with: cp /lib/libattr.so.1.1.0 /tmp/disk/lib/ Code: 1
cp: cannot stat '/lib/libattr.so.1.1.0' : No such file or directory
                              Press any key to continue...
and after these messages backupmenu starts

Known and old bug in BM. Ignore the messages, they are harmless.

or I dunno READ the messages...

' No such file or directory' hmmm, must mean they are not present. Either they are in a place the system is not expecting OR you dont have them installed. I wonder how one may remedy this?

    Installing them perhaps?

I wonder if these files missing can result in faulty backup?

    Does anyone have these files:
    /lib/libattr.so.1.1.0
    /lib/libac.so.1

If one could upload here so i could try if it works.

Hm, my post must be invisible.

The messages are due to older versions of files left over in Backup Menu. It is a known and old issue and does not affect anything. Fixed since, assumingly in BM.

    Original question

    Answer.

Answer is Feb 1st, issue is since old. The post that spells it out that it's no issue and it's an old reference has since been edited to merge multiple answers and is thus lost. Google Cache seems to remember it but I can't link it because it will become dead soon.

So, you know, relax, the files and not needed.
