Oh God I have the same problem... I cant download any of my paid apps from ovi store after my phone got serviced because my microUSB port came off... damn, any ideas?

Yes, send an eMail to the Nokia support with your accountname the programms you bought. Then Nokia is going to send you several sms that include the new download links. Before installing the next time check the /var/tmp folder for the deb and copy it to another place

Yeah eventually Nokia support sent me SMS messages to allow me to download. Weird thing is - this then fixed the issue with downloading from the market. Beats the hell out of me.
