Well it should be part of your firmware.

If MicroB wasn't installed on your device after a reflash maybe some other stuff is missing as well.

I believe its best to reflash your device before you install everything on it and then find out you should have reflashed sooner.

Can you get onto the internet if you go into menu and click on "Web"?

If so, then Microb is installed and working just fine. Micro-Browser. MicroB. Microb.
