I have tmobile web2go plan and use internet2.voicestream.com. My phone used to connect to 2.5g all the time, but suddenly it stopped working yesterday. I can connect to 3g still but when I try to connect o 2.5g it always give me error. Any idea what could be the reason?

well simple reboot of the comp fixed it. not sure if i should log this as bug or not.

if any one has some idea which daemons can be restarted so that this can work without reboot would be really helpful.

Can't you restart the network devices simply by going into and then back out of "offline mode"?

i used advanced interface to switch off my gsm and restart it. next time when ig et the same issue will try following your advice. thanks
