i dont like this error as it appears most of the time
how to get rid of it ?

Looks like something is wrong with you apt or the package you're installing.

open term:
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get updrage --fix-missing (I will double check)
The above will update your repo's and the next will update your programs and fix missing files.

Could help. I have had that error a few times. Generally it is just a dud package or dependency files missing.

Edit:
It's early morning here...
Remove the two files shown at the bottom of that error page. If you don't use them. Use apt-get to force the remove or use FAM (faster application manager - Not HAM) to remove. I had this error with Quake 1.
