when i made a update and upgrade on fapman and on the app manager, seems everything is ok, but when i make an apt-get upgrade on terminal i get.

The following packages have been kept back
    libsdl-mixer1.2

what it means this, is that i have this package but cant be upgraded?

and how i can fix this?.

i try apt-get -f install but dont do nothing.

I thin it means that because of dependencies or something, they can't be installed. I don't think you can do anything about it but wait unless you are one of the developers.

    type this on x-term....

    apt-get install libsdl-mixer1.2

this will install the files that been kept back....
the reason why it been kept back is you need to install it manually...
apt-get -f install is to fixed the installation only...

If your version information got lost (control panel -> version) you can fix it by reinstalling the package that is listed with:

    dpkg -l "mp-fremantle*"

for example, "mp-fremantle-generic-pr" (for some firmwares 002 or 003 instead of generic) and then execute:

    apt-get install --reinstall mp-fremantle-generic-pr
so i assume its safe to remove cause you can reinstall it

No, it's not safe to remove. The newer libsdl-mixer1.2 package (I've no idea what's different or why it's in the repositories at all) conflicts with the current PR1.3 firmware release, which is why it can't be installed. There's no need to have the newer version installed, so I'd just ignore the error.

    Re:mp-fremantle-generic-pr.

Please explain why this is so important to keep.

I was under the impression it was a hook for the auto-updater. However, seeing as there will be no further nokia updates, where's the harm in removing it? I'm fine with manually applying community OS updates if I don't get an automatic notification.
