I followed all the instructions on the updated wiki but i'm unable to boot into android. Multiboot gives me the option but just reboots after 5-10 seconds. After loading the android files it shows a few lines which say "init untracked pid" followed by three different numbers each time.

Any suggestionsas to what might have wrong and how I can fix this??

Thanks, your help is much appreciated!

    Try to reinstall the kernel:
    Code:
    root
    mount /home /and
    cd /home/user/MyDocs/
    dpkg -i NITdroid....

I have followed the instructions and everything works well, except for the WLAN. I did try the fix, but this way my netbook would not recognize the network, so i don't have internet on my NITDroid n900... But that's not my question, though. In wiki it says, DO NOT run installer... Now i have an icon in the menu NITDroid Installer, so i still need to click it, or what? i am a bit confused

Thanks for your suggestion...still the same problem tho....

This time I noticed that the last line written before reboot is 'critical process "Servicemanager" exited 4 times in 4 minutes, booting into recovery mode'

Any other suggestions as to what may have gone wrong??

    DO NOT click it
do this to get rid of it:
    Code:
    root
    rm /usr/share/applications/hildon/nitdroidinstallernamehere
I forgot what its shortcut is called. Just search that directory and find it.

i am attempting a clean install...1 point i noticed in wiki is that it does not mention that you need to have unrar installed.

    root
    apt-get install unrar

and maybe a mention to wait for a few mins after typing
    root
    cd /home/user/MyDocs
    bzip2 -d N11_Vostok.tar.bz2

does n11 require nitdroid 0.0.9 to be installed on the device?
