Close your ham, open a xterm and run "apt-get update". Then try again to update.
Stick to the Cssu-Thread there are already many solutions for upgrade problems: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php...5&goto=newpost

Do this. Open X-term.

Then runt he following commands

Code:
apt-get update
apt-get install mp-fremantle-community-pr
Then reboot your device and it will all be updated nicely
