Seriously, guys... do some custom testing to find values that are /perfectly/ stable; it's not hard.
You may also try changing the DSP clock down a few mhz at the same voltage, see if that helps.
Do this ^, ignore ALL OTHER INFO in this thread, it is mainline crap (except the line about SmartReflex from xilix.)

There is, obviously a significant difference in performance when i put it at 1000 mhz. but somehow i cant really notice the difference in battery life. this is because i didnt up the voltage?
As you lover the mhz the amount of calculations the cpu can do gets lower thus slower. There are reports of ppl who have fried their battery by using to high volt. The more volt the more heat is produced.

By using less mhz&dps the demand for volt will be lower and more stable. How much you need to raise depends on your exact device. Best way to go about is to use the "lock" command and test them one by one.

Did you say the same thing to those two who fried their batteries?

WTF are you on? Have you just toked a full | of winphone 7?

People frying their batteries? Who? When? HOW?

Do you somehow think the CPU is drawing current directly from the battery or somthing? I don't understand this hardcore nubbery.

Especially
ignore this guy^
