Hello, my nokia n900 doestn't boot. Few months ago I installed nitdroid, soon I got bored with it and deleted it. Now I saw this new version of nitdroid, Vostok, and tried it. I installed it, but somehow I failed the installation. Well I removed nitdroid and thaught that I wouldn't try again, I might break something.
Anyway, I noticed that for some reason the clocking of n900 was set back to 600mhz, I checked and application manager said that I had the Enhanced Linux kernel for power users but I still wasn't able to overclock.
here's what I planned to do:
1 remove power kernel thingy with xterminal.
2 reboot
3 reinstall power kernel thingy
I did part 1, but now it won't boot anymore. I think that I have to reflash whole thing, am I right? But I can't get it to that pc mode, what it's called, text "nokia" and usb image in the top right corner, that is required for reflash. First i press "u" and then plug usb-cable in, it doesen't go to that mode so that's my problem. What should I do?
I know I screwed something up, sorry...
flasher-3.5 -f --flash-only=kernel -R -F /path/of/the/fiasco/fiascofile.bin
