As you can delete extra applications devel? Up 2 turns out and applications are not and will not be updating in a long time. And I would delete it. And another problem I have is that I can not loguearme on the screen, are two separate accounts?

That's normal.* To be fully involved across all of maemo.org, you'll need separate accounts for each of:
  • maemo.org
  • talk.maemo.org
  • bugs.maemo.org

A unified sign-on system has been planned for several years; however, it seems unlikely that it will be completed.
