I uninstalled greasemonkey to install adblock, but when I went to reinstall it there was issues with the version of libhildonmime0 needed. The new version needs 1.10.1 while I only have 1.10.0.

Thoughts...

Just to confirm your problem..

I see too that a new version of the Greasemonkey has been released but it cannot be installed as it needs a newer version of the libhildonmime0 (which doesn't exist)!

If in some way you can find the previous version (i.e. 0.7.20070607.0-8) you will be able to install it. Otherwise, I guess you need to wait a few days..

Edit: Probably the 'webaddon' guys are in the middle of fixing the problem with Greasemonkey conflicting Adblock plus.. http://www.internettablettalk.com/fo...adblock&page=4

I cannot for the life of me install GreaseMonkey I keep getting errors that I'm missing 4 application packages. I've used "The Red Pill" in Application Manager and I do have all 4 already installed. I even have libhildonmime0 v1.10.1

Any ideas?

is one of those packages libsofia-sip-ua0 ? if so, i have the same problem. AppMan wants to install version 1.12.6-0osso12 but it requires version 1.12.6-0osso8 which i do seem to have installed already. I can't figure out how to do the upgrade, and am hoping that the problem will go away with a released OS2008.

Just an update on this. Greasemonkey will still not install due to libhildonmime0.

Nope my "missing" packages are: libgnomecanvas; libgnomeprint; libart & libhildonmime0. I'm trying to install on a N810 OS2008. As I already said, I've verified that I've got them all installed too.

What scripts do you find most useful on the tablets?

Also, there's nothing stopping us from making tablet specific scripts for the heavier sites out there. (I can hear Garage Battle cheering from here.)

Current faves: Youtube Cleaner 2.0, coralized-youtube and 6 Digg Mirrors.
l Clicked on The links but it only shows comMents. Am l suppose To cut and paste it Somewhere? Thanks
