For clarity,
Nokia!=Meego means the same as
Nokia ≠ Meego which means that
Nokia and Meego are independent of each other.

Yes. That's right. The independence comes from the fact that there are other players involved and that Nokia interest in Meego has always been a vested one.
Nokia may (and does, and has substantially) contribute to Meego but while their involvement will determine whether or not they deliver a Meego product, it has no bearing on the platform itself.
It would be the same as suggesting Canonical stopping Ubuntu means the end of Linux.

The equation is simple, absolutely much simpler.

( [ ╞ x M ] x [ æ x ■ ] ) x NA = ?

Where.:

╞ = Nokia
M = Meego
æ = software potential
■ = hardware possible specs
AND "NA" is Nokia's Advertising, which is = 0.

Does not take a maths genious to know the result.
Leave custumers out of the loop on their directions,
( which's been changing a lot ), lack of effective end user
partnerships....

Meego is not dead, is just forgotten in the oven for the end users,
only the devs knows how much meego is baked.

Despite it having been said many times in this thread already Nokia != Meego. Your equation misses out all the other companies involved in Meego.

Let's say, I am a farmer and you are a vegetables seller.
I produce the vegetables, package it, and transport it to you,
it has my name, it has 90 % of my job, and it's at me to advertise
you and the costumers about it, you sell it for me.
It's not the absolute same thing here, of course, but it's almost.
Nokia is the phone manufacturer, the one that signed the deal
at first, the one that has been developing softwares like this.

Texas instruments has developed OMAP that is used by the
current maemo device, and I am sure quite a lot of users
doesn't know/care about it, it's not up to them to make the
device sucessfull. ( a better example, but a bit like my first one ).

Therefore, is up to Nokia, that has put it's name ( I know intel also
put their names on this at first, but they are known for processors,
not mobile softwares ), if the device is unsucessful, it's a big
whatever to them, they will still sell many i3,i5 and i7 hardwares.
Nokia has a lot more at task than a name of course, it's also their
future, N8 won't hold Nokia's sales for much long.

To sum up, this is what I mean, I know there are a thousand companies, developers, and worlds behind meego project, but
in the end, it's all to fall upon Nokia, maybe they did not realise it.

I am not being rude, sorry if I sound like that, also I don't know if
I make it clear, it's not easy to write good arguments on another
language!

Wrong again because MeeGo is NOT just down to Nokia and in fact Nokia will probably be the LAST company to have anything to do with MeeGo.

It will be thanks to every one else that MeeGo will see it's day in many devices to come i am sure, only THEN will Nokia take up MeeGo simply because they failed with Maemo AND MeeGo and passed it on to the rest of the world as they could not develop any further time and money to it.

MeeGo does NOT equal Nokia at all so what is everyone thinking here????.
