Of course, any good work should be based on something that can be legally used. As far as I know, the icons are property of Nokia. Using copyrighted designs without permission is not "good work" in my book; in fact, it is quite the opposite.

I said "great work" not good work and I was referring to him keeping his project updated and taking bug reports into consideration.
Ontopic: With the latest update, everything is greatly improves.
A few remarks though:
1. In conversations, for the latest conversations in which I was the last one to send a message, there is a blue arrow, suggesting just this. This arrow is a bit hard to see, because of the blue background of the "new sms" icon. Maybe you could change the color of the arrow ?
2. In Phone application, the arrows for received/dialed numbers are a bit small and because of color effects (the glow) a bit hard to read without really staring. Maybe you could remove the color effect and try to resize the arrows a bit?
3. The Notes icon seems a little TOO bright. You can barely see what the yellow on yellow background is.
4. No offence to you, but I personally don't like the Word/Slideshow/Sheet To Go icons. I don't know if there are others who agree or disagree but I think you should try to create nicer ones.
The same goes for the new battery indicator. The previous one, or even the stock one is a better choice.

But you also stole icons from my PR2.0\Symbian-Next theme.
These icons belong to me, not to Nokia, only 2 or 3 icons are near identical to the offical ones the rest i tried to put my own spin or at least make them more colourful.

in package repository i also description the icon who belong is. I asked the indigo to about the icon. he is indonesian too I eve ever follow his contest loool. if iam not wrong thanx to novag and ind190 santioago and the maintainer faenza for the icon in repository while want to install.
