Using Xbindkeys, Xmodmap, Xkbd along with TF scripts, it's actually quite enjoyable.
Has anyone compiled libvte so that you N900 owners don't have that one pixel invisible boarder?
It's so much better playing any text games on a full 800x480 screen.

Sadly, no. There is no other way for most games. Luckily ADOM runs in it. Frozen Depths though _needs_ it so it uses only half of the screen (no resizing of maps like in ADOM luckily). Never thought I would cry because of 1 pixel (and no alternative to xterm)

There has to be someone that would be willing to recompile libvte for you guys.
Otherwise you have to go with a stupid smaller font because of that one pixel border.
I'll ask around for you within the next couple of days if no one steps up for this.
