Much as I like Linux, a little honesty is due here: Open Source software is in no way limited to, or dependant on, Linux.

It's nice to have a (partially!) Open Source operating system; it would be nicer even to have an Open Source hardware platform...

At the same time, it is still #8 on their Top 20 too.
Since CNET acquired eight other companies in 1999, I don't believe most of what CNET Reviews read, because their reviews are based on financial gain. In other words, CNET is Biased.

Also, I began blocking cnet.com in my hardware firewall in 2003, because cnet's websites randomly tries to install Ads and other junk on my computers. I disagree on CNET's privacy policy on the use on cookies, too.

The only reliable way to get an honest opinion of a product, is to try it yourself. What certain paid people are paid to broadcast, may not necessarily be the same as your own review.
