Sure, if having dual-sim support is so important you're willing to go with an unknown, unsupported OS and at best GPRS connection speeds, I suppose someone would wait.

Gee, didn't know such stuff really exists. To me, the most obvious fake indicator was the desirable improvement in the four cursor keys ;°) But this applies exactly to the Papayaone device. Still this image looks like a fake to me. But only in the blackened out logo space (the Papayaoane one's looks light) and the inserted logo (the spacings between the letters are wider than the ones of our little babies).
