Fcamera_0.1.6-1 segfaults on my device.

I installed the new driver fcam-drivers-1.0.6-1 and I'm running Titan's kernel version 40.
When downgrading to fcamera-0.1.3-1, fcamera works well with the new drivers.

I'm also using Titan's kernel version 40 with fcam-drivers-1.0.6-1 and FCamera-0.1.6-1 and everything seems to work fine here.

I do see some minor vignetting in the viewfinder with the normal camera application but I'm not sure that I would have noticed if someone hadn't pointed it out, i.e., it might also be there without the lastest fcam upgrades?!

EDIT: I also tried to downgrade to the stock kernel but with same results. Might be there's something in my config which prevents the new fcamera to work properly.
I am waiting for some other reporting the same problem to see if we have something in common.

Yup, same here - dont get the yellow LED anymore.

Actually seem the power LED doesnt work full stop now. Before when you switch phone on it would go from "off" to bright white gradually - that isnt happening after Fcam updates.

Can confirm - the LEDs worked fine immediately after the upgrade. After running FCamera for the first time, the LEDs no longer work (even after a reboot), and FCamera now segfaults on launch (when trying to setup the LED blinker device).

Even after downgrading to fcamera-1.0.3 e fcam-drivers-1.0.5-2 my led doesn't work any more.
have inspected the postinstall and postrm scripts of the new packages but couldn't find anything strange.
Are the new packages reprogramming something that controls the n900 lights?

It seems that also the keyboard backlight is kaputt

I uninstalled Fcam driver and software, switched off, removed battery for a few seconds (just in case) and on reboot the LED is working fine again - so it's likely to be related to Fcam 1.0.6.

@debernardis My keyboard backlight is OK at the moment (after Fcam uninstall). I hadn't checked it after the latest Fcam update - just mentioning this so you are aware.
