the picture above is what shows up on my device, its an animated progress indicator i think, then no option to call or anything, i cant receive a call, as my phone requires a pin to be able to use it, and the security code, but it doesnt give me an option to do enter those codes. only that picture above shows, even if waited for an hour, the animated progress doesnt stop, nor giving me an option to a connection mode when i connect my device to a pc..

please help me

oh you have a device lock enabled no wonder...

ok can you try the following:

- on your pc run cmd.exe as admin
- cd c:\program files\nokia\flasher
- flasher --enable-rd-mode --set-rd-flags=no-lifeguard-reset

now try rebooting after unplugging the device from your PC

remember after you are done with rnd mode you need to disable it in cmd with this prompt:
flasher --disable-rd-mode

im using a windows 7 64-bit, i will search how to work the flasher then proceed to your instructions..

then in rnd mode, i switched on my device and still the same image shows....
cant proceed to a normal use even in rnd mode...
still in progess indicator, and with led light on...
i dont want to reflash my device

ok disable rnd mode since it doesnt look like rnd mode can fix it for you...

now that your device is locked i can't think of how to access it...

This requires linux and will put your phone in open mode but saves you the trouble of reflashing...

Just follow till step 7 and after that delete the theme folder you installed in /usr/share/themes/fdb-blue
