you have duplicate entries for the same repos...
can you give the output of:
ls -l /etc/apt/sources.list.d/
can you give the output of:
ls -l /etc/apt/sources.list.d/

Sorry knobtviker, I meant to ask the OP based on the screenshot he posted (one post above yours - I didn't see your post as I think I was slow to reply) which shows he has duplicate Harmattan SDK repo entries

after that do
apt-get update

ok now I think after a reboot you shouldn't have problems installing apps from store...Try it out 
sorry dropian is giving some problem
